All of our venues are available to book with us directly or via a wedding planner, should you prefer. Our venues are available for private hire regardless of where you are staying in Rhodes, however they are a convenient option for guests staying at the Matina Pefkos ApartHotel or local area.
Authentic Greek Chapel Wedding
Our beautiful Agia Ekaterini & Agios Georgios Chapel is located within the grounds of the Matina Pefkos ApartHotel and set within its own courtyard with ample room for guest seating. The Chapel can be decorated to your personal style and taste, and we can offer flexible ceremony times to suit your plans. The Chapel is a preferred option for guests who are staying at the Matina Pefkos ApartHotel due to the convenience of being able to relax and prepare in your own room and then walk to the venue rather than arrange transport. It has also become increasingly popular for non-guests who wish to have their ceremony at an authentic and traditional Greek Chapel that is away from the crowds and time restrictions of some of the more popular wedding locations in the area.
The Chapel is unrestricted with regards to photography & videography of the service, the decor of the Chapel and seating area and music options. All of these small elements add up to much more freedom and individuality for our wedding couples which in turn will make your experience relaxed and hassle free. The Chapel can comfortably accommodate seating for up to 80 guests but is equally suited to smaller more intimate ceremonies.
The Chapel is available as a stand-alone ceremony option for couples or in union with a follow-on reception at Thea Rooftop, also located at Matina Pefkos ApartHotel. The Chapel is available for legal wedding ceremonies (including elopements), vow renewals, and symbolic blessings. The venue is available to book directly by couples or via a wedding planner.

Situated with panoramic views over Pefkos Bay, Thea Rooftop is the perfect choice for couples wishing to take their vows in breathtaking surroundings. Thea Rooftop is also an ideal choice for couples who may wish to have a less traditional or non-religious setting for their ceremony and to truly immerse themselves in the stunning Greek scenery. The venue is situated at Matina Pefkos Aparthotel which enables guests to enjoy the facilities that the Hotel has to offer and affords couples the freedom to decorate the venue as they wish. Refurbished in 2026, the Rooftop has grown in popularity for not only its stunning views but also its convenience and flexibility as a venue.
Thea Rooftop is also available as a follow-on or stand-alone venue for wedding receptions or other celebratory gatherings, such as a pre-wedding get together or anniversary. Our dedicated staff will ensure that you and your guests are well taken care of, with a variety of menu and drinks packages available. The venue has generous space for full formal dining and live entertainment or DJ when the celebrations continue into the evening (not included in venue hire). Thea Rooftop can comfortably accommodate up to 55 guests for a ceremony or reception.

Bookable as an exclusive private venue, or just for a larger group gathering, Meltemi can comfortably accommodate up to 45 guests for a sit-down meal.
